How to Estimate Shipping Costs
We aim to be as upfront as we can regarding our shipping costs and delivery times, which is why you can estimate your shipping costs and delivery times directly from your shopping cart.
Choosing your delivery method
You can choose how you would like your products delivered: Royal Mail or Courier. Our couriers vary between Parcelforce, FedEx, DPD, UPS and TNT.
For orders of a significant value (over £40) or urgently needed, we recommend choosing courier or Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class deliveries. Select the "Signed For" service to ensure your package is not left by your postman somewhere inconvenient or insecure. The benefit of sending packages by the these options is that if your order goes missing, tracking or a signature will help us and the shipping partner locate your parcel. The shipping partner will organise the redelivery if the package is delivered incorrectly. If you select a non-tracked service, we are not able to locate any packages that go missing.
Once you place your order, we aim to pack and send it out the following day. Even better, if placed before 9am, we will usually send it out the same day! However, to cover any unexpected circumstances, such as high volume of orders or staff illness, our policy is that all items be dispatched within three days of placing an order.
Please be aware that shipping times are likely to increase over national holiday periods, along with any instances of political unrest. Please also take note of any bank holidays - these are not considered "working days" and could increase your expected delivery time.
You will receive an email to confirm your order. And a second email, once the items have been beautifully packed and have left the warehouse on their way to you. The second email will include tracking information if you opted for this delivery method.
Delivery Times for Mainland UK Deliveries Once Packages Are Ready
If you ordered several items, they will all be shipped together. If we do not have all parts of your order in our warehouse, we may send your order in one or more parts, and you will only be charged one shipping fee.
Courier: Our couriers only collect and deliver orders on working days, so please consider this when placing your order. Saturday deliveries are possible with a surcharge, so please get in touch with us if you'd like this option. We always choose the best courier service for your local area. We primarily use DPD and Parcelforce, depending on the parcel weight and your location. Some couriers will update you on your delivery via text message. If you miss the first delivery, you will be given an option to reschedule or to collect the parcel from your local post office - so it is always preferential if you include an email address and phone number at checkout for this purpose.
Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For: Delivery the next working day, including Saturdays. These deliveries occasionally (but rarely) take two days. A signature is required from you upon receipt, so you will need to be in to sign for the package. They also offer optional customer collection from a local Post Office branch and usually a redelivery service if you miss the first delivery.

Delivery Times for International Orders Once Packages Are Ready
We use fast service couriers that usually take between 3-5 working days, but shipping times will vary depending on the destination. Royal Mail Airmail can take 5-12 working days. Royal Mail Airmail packages are cheaper to send, but they do not come with any tracking, so in the unlikely event that your order goes missing, we will not be able to locate it for you or refund the order cost. For this reason, we strongly recommend choosing couriers or the Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service for all international orders - particularly those of high value.

New customs regulations - EU and worldwide
We may need to ask you for additional information, for instance, an EORI or VAT number or your personal customs clearance code (South Korea). If you already know this information, please include it in the "notes" box at checkout to avoid unnecessary communication and subsequent delay to your order shipment.
Our Eco-friendly Packaging
We use minimal packaging when it comes to your orders, but enough that the fabrics and items inside are kept protected. We are constantly assessing our packaging options with our fulfilment warehouse for the most protective, eco option. We currently use the following materials:
~ Recycled tissue paper to wrap your items, which can then be recycled as regular paper.
~ Cardboard or standard paper envelopes for swatches that can be posted through your letterbox. These can be recycled.
~ Single and double-walled "potato sacks" are used for bulkier items. These can be recycled or, ideally, reused.
~ Recycled and recyclable stickers (yay!).
~ Recycled cardboard boxes or cardboard tubes for larger and heavier orders that can be reused or recycled.
~ Recycled and recyclable tape to seal our packages.
~ Occasionally, we have to use a transparent plastic envelope on the front of packages. Often this is to contain essential documents required for customs. We are working to find an alternative.

There Are Some Items Missing From My Order
On the rare occasion that an item is not within your parcel, it could be because it was unavailable, and the warehouse shipped your order without it to avoid delay. In this instance, it is our fault that you weren't contacted (or correspondence went to your junk mail folder) - get in touch with us at info@offsetwarehouse with your order number in the subject header, along with information on the item that is missing.
On the occasion that you have pre-ordered stock, we may split your order so that parts of it arrive sooner, so it may be that you're missing items due to this. Again, check your junk mail or get in touch with us to update you.
Can I order from another country? How is shipping handled? Are there duties?
We're delighted to be able to ship internationally.
If you are located outside the UK, please be aware that your country may add additional charges when your package passes through customs and that we cannot alter or affect the customs procedure or the fee for your country. We ensure all the documents needed to clear customs are attached to the packages so they can clear customs as quickly as possible.
