How to Estimate Shipping Costs

We aim to be as upfront as we can when it comes to our shipping costs and delivery times, which is why you can estimate your shipping costs and delivery times directly from your shopping cart.

Delivery Methods

Our policy is that all items be dispatched within three days of placing an order - in most cases we send out your order the following day. Even better, if your order is placed before 9am we will usually send it out the same day!

You will receive an email once your package has been processed and is waiting to be picked up, and an email once it has left the warehouse and is on its way to you.

You can choose how you would like your products to be delivered: Royal Mail or Courier. Our couriers vary between DPD, UPS and TNT.

For orders of a significant value (over £40) or needed urgently, we would strongly recommend choosing courier or Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class deliveries. While Royal Mail packages are cheaper to send, they do not come with any tracking, so in the unlikely event that your order goes missing, we will not be able to locate it for you. Our couriers, however, are incredibly reliable and easily trackable - so your delivery will never go missing!

 

Delivery Times for Mainland UK Deliveries Once Packages Are Ready


If your products are being delivered from several different locations, your purchases will be packaged separately and may arrive at different times - you will only be charged one shipping fee.

Courier: Our couriers aim to deliver packages the following day between Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries are available for a surcharge, so please do get in touch if you'd like this option. Courier delivery is the fastest and most reliable option, and often cheaper than the Royal Mail options below! We always choose the best courier service for your local area - some couriers will update you on your delivery via text message. If you miss the first delivery, you will be given an option to reschedule or to collect the parcel from your local post office.

Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class: Royal Mail aims to deliver these packages the next working day, including Saturdays. These deliveries occasionally (but rarely) take two days. A signature is required from you upon receipt, so you will need to be in to sign for the package. They also offer optional customer collection from a local Post Office branch and usually a redelivery service, if you miss the first delivery.

First Class Royal Mail: Delivery the next working day, including Saturdays, but it can sometimes take two days. If the package will not fit through your mailbox and you miss the first delivery, Royal Mail offers an optional customer collection from a local Post Office branch, and usually a redelivery service.

Second Class Royal Mail: Delivery in two to three working days including Saturdays. This is a great value option to receive your post safely and on time. If the package will not fit through your mailbox and you miss the first delivery, Royal Mail offers an optional customer collection from a local Post Office branch, and usually a redelivery service.

Delivery Times for International Orders Once Packages Are Ready

For International orders, we offer a fast service using our couriers that take between 3-5 working days, but shipping times will vary depending on destination. Royal Mail Airmail take 5-12 working days. Royal Mail Airmail packages are cheaper to send, but they do not come with any tracking, so in the unlikely event that your order goes missing we will not be able to locate it for you. We strongly recommend using couriers for all International orders - particularly those of high value.

Please be aware that shipping times are likely to increase over national holiday periods. Please also take note of any bank holidays - these are not considered "working days" and therefore could increase your expected delivery time.

There Are Some Items Missing From My Order

We stock our products in several warehouses in the UK and Internationally. This may mean that parts of your order will arrive seperately. If in any doubt, please do get in touch.

Can I order from another country? How is shipping handled? Are there duties?

We're delighted to be able to ship Internationally.

If you are located outside the EU, please be aware that your country may add additional charges when your package passes through customs and that we cannot affect the customs procedure or the fee for your country. All that we can do is ensure that we include all the documents needed to clear customs as quickly as possible.
