Hand Painted Fire
Hand-dyed in South Africa, the name Langa Lapu comes from the Xhosa for "Sun Cloth". Leaves, ferns and seed pods from plants indigenous to South Africa combine with the natural elements and eco-friendly dyes to produce these unique prints. All fabrics are 100% cotton. "Fire" is a gorgeous, richly-coloured fabric which resembles a vertical animal print in vivid oranges, reds and browns. Medium weight, and with a good drape, it's semi-sheer in strong light. Almost a through-print; just slightly paler on the reverse.
