Undyed Cream Twill
A chunky, un-dyed cotton twill in its natural cream colour, with a fantastic structure and hold. Moreover, its strong basket weave structure means that the un-dyed cotton is particularly durable, and the colour of the fabric is a rich cream that is slightly speckled - a common trait in un-dyed, cotton textiles. The un-dyed cotton is also ideal for dyeing. The un-dyed cotton is organic (although this is not certified), meaning that it is grown without pesticides, and that the fibres are totally biodegradable. As this fabric is hand-woven, there are some small weaving irregularities, although this does not affect the quality or overall look of the fabric. The spinning and weaving is done in a cooperative and certified Fair Trade by the WFTO. As the un-dyed cotton is a hand-made product, the process uses virtually no electricity - including in the spinning process! Creases iron out easily. The un-dyed cotton is similar to our un-dyed basket weave fabric.
